Stunningly beautiful, the Studio was completely refurbished to a 5 Star Hotel standard in 2021, with all furniture and fittings to match. Lettings only began in 2023 and the owners have kept on top of the décor and furnishings well.
The Studio is larger than most one-bedroom flats in Bristol and is furnished with high end furniture with the most discerning guests in mind, you will not be disappointed with the luxurious feel of this property. The sumptuous bed is a huge super king with a top-quality Simba hybrid mattress for extreme comfort and comes with a high thread count, crisp white cotton bed linen and soft feather pillows. Bespoke, stylish solid oak floors bring warmth and style to the suite and a walk-in wardrobe brings the ultimate 5-star luxury.
With a fabulous brand-new shower room and small but perfectly formed kitchenette, you’ll have everything you need for your stay here. The studio is well equipped with a fridge, microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine as well as an Ironing board, Iron, Hairdryer and a Dyson vacuum.
The large comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the large smart TV, where you can log in to your favourite Netflix or Amazon accounts, making it a home from home. The shower room is fitted out with Hansgrohe taps and Duravit sanitaryware for the ultimate high-end luxury and we provide plenty of fluffy bathroom towels as well as individual soaps and shower gels, so you really don't need to bring anything. You will find that tea, coffee and tea towels and washing up liquid are also provided.
This Studio would suit two guests coming to Bristol for a stay or a holiday but equally would be perfect for one or two business travellers with everything you might need, including lightning-fast internet - just turn up with an overnight bag.
If you would like to heat up your own supper, M&S Food is open until 10pm and just around the corner; if not, there are a plethora of incredible restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep.

Parking: the property is located on a Permit Only road. If you require access for this, parking is charged at £10.00 per day. Once payment is made, we will give you the code for the safe where you will find the permit. All we ask is that you make sure the permit is returned to the safe before check out.
While the apartment is on a quiet street, you may hear some occasional city noise. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10.00pmin line with local residential regulations. especially with this property being located on a residential street.

By train:
Take the Severn Beach Line to Montpelier. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk (see above).
By bus:
Multiple services run along Cheltenham Road (A38)—routes like the 8 or 505 stop nearby.
A right at Myrtle Road or Cheltenham Road South and walk north to Cotham Lawn Road.
Driving:
From M4/M5 motorway, follow signs to Bristol City Centre. Approaching central Bristol, take the A38 north (Cheltenham Road). Pass Montpelier Station, continue 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Cotham Lawn Road. No. 5 will be on your right—parking is limited, check local restrictions.
