Stunningly beautiful, this large and airy two-bedroom, one-bathroom comes with all furniture and fittings to match. Lettings only began in 2023 and so everything feels like new. The apartment is much larger than most two-bedroom properties in Bristol and is furnished with high end furniture with the most discerning guests in mind, you will not be disappointed with the luxurious feel of this property.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might expect. The large comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the large smart TV’s. The bathroom: we provide plenty of fluffy bathroom towels as well as individual soaps and shower gels. You really don't need to bring anything. You will find that tea and coffee, tea towels and washing up liquid are also provided.
This apartment would suit four guests coming to Bristol for a stay or a holiday but equally would be perfect for business travellers with everything you might need, including 5G and lightning-fast internet - just turn up with an overnight bag. If you would like to cook your own supper, M&S Food is open until 10pm and just around the corner; if not, there are a plethora of incredible restaurants, cafes, and bars on your doorstep. Guests are welcome to enjoy the whole apartment.

Parking: the property is located on a Permit Only road. If you require access for this, parking is charged at £10.00 per day. Once payment is made, we will give you the code for the safe where you will find the permit. All we ask is that you make sure the permit is returned to the safe before check out.
While the apartment is on a quiet street, you may hear some occasional city noise. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10.00pm in line with local residential regulations. especially with this property being located on a residential street.

Multiple services run along Cheltenham Road (A38)—routes like the 8 or 505 stop nearby.
A right at Myrtle Road or Cheltenham Road South and walk north to Cotham Lawn Road.
Driving:

This is seriously the best stay we've ever had anywhere. The photos simply don't do the place justice. We will not stay anywhere else in Bristol now.
The 2 bed, 2 bath and 1 wc home was spread over 4 floors. High ceilings, king beds, beautiful kitchen diner, utility room. Much better than the pictures and such a brilliant surprise. Location is this lovely leafy street in Cotham, easily walkable to Whiteladies road and St Michael’s hill and the uni. I haven’t seen a better furnished home with so much space in central Bristol before. Perfect for my young family and the 2 level outdoor space was brilliant esp in the amazing sunny weather. Cheers for having us and having the place so clean when we arrived.
My husband, my brother and I had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. The house was spacial, clean, quiet and with a convenient location for the wedding we attended on the weekend. The photos honestly don't do this property justice! It's spacious, spread across many floors. It's also extremely comfortable and was exceptionally clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and would not hesitate to stay here again myself.
Excellent location which met our needs for the Bank Holiday weekend in Bristol. The property was bigger than what I thought going by the description and photos, with additional space outside for when the weather is nice. The beds were very comfy! We would definitely come again. Thank you.
Wow! First time ever that an Airbnb was BETTER than the pictures! The apartment is amazing, very spacious, spotlessly clean, recently decorated, two lovely bedrooms, two and a half baths, living room leading to large patio and stylish modern kitchen leading with French windows to outside. At first I thought the £80 cleaning fee was a bit steep but having seen how big the apartment is seems totally reasonable. Would love to come back and stay for longer.
Our second time at Cotham Lawn, and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is a large property set over three floors in an attractive building. It is quiet and comfortable with top notch facilities and a great kitchen area. We had a few questions during our short stay and the team are quick to respond and friendly.
Gorgeous home, split over four levels. Really high end finishings, there's even Sonos speakers in the ceilings! Large bedrooms and beds, plenty of space, great outdoor space that gets the evening for most of the day. This is a great Airbnb!
From the moment you step inside you just think wow. It smelt beautiful on arrival, the furnishings are high spec all throughout. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful property and will def use again.
