Stunningly beautiful, the apartment was completely refurbished to a 5 Star Hotel standard in 2021, with all furniture and fittings to match. Lettings only began in 2023 and the owners have kept on top of the décor and furnishings extremely well.
The apartment is large, open-plan and filled with high end furniture. The most discerning guests will not be disappointed with the luxurious feel of this property. The sumptuous bed is a huge super king with a top-quality Simba hybrid mattress for extreme comfort and comes with a high thread count, crisp white cotton bed linen and soft feather pillows. Bespoke, stylish solid oak floors bring warmth and style to the suite and a walk-in wardrobe brings the ultimate 5-star luxury.
With a fabulous shower room and small but perfectly formed kitchenette, you’ll have everything you need for your stay here. The apartment is well equipped with a fridge, microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine as well as an Ironing board, Iron, Hairdryer and a Dyson vacuum.
The large comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the large smart TV, where you can log in to your favourite Netflix or Amazon accounts, making it a home from home. The shower room is fitted out with Hansgrohe taps and Duravit sanitaryware for the ultimate high-end luxury and we provide plenty of fluffy bathroom towels as well as individual soaps and shower gels, so you really don't need to bring anything. You will find that tea, coffee and tea towels and washing up liquid are also provided.
This space would suit two guests coming to Bristol for a stay or a holiday but equally would be perfect business travellers with everything you might need, including lightning-fast internet - just turn up with an overnight bag.
If you would like to heat up your own supper, M&S Food is open until 10pm and just around the corner; if not, there are a plethora of incredible restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep.

While the apartment is on a quiet street, you may hear some occasional city noise. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 11.00pmin line with local residential regulations. especially with this property being located on a residential street.

From Montpelier Station (nearest train on Severn Beach Line):
Exit the station onto Cromwell Road. Turn left on Cheltenham Road and walk 0.3 miles north. Turn left onto Cotham Lawn Road; No. 5 is shortly on the right.
Public Transport
By train:
Take the Severn Beach Line to Montpelier. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk (see above).
By bus:
Multiple services run along Cheltenham Road (A38)—routes like the 8 or 505 stop nearby.
A right at Myrtle Road or Cheltenham Road South and walk north to Cotham Lawn Road.
Driving:
From M4/M5 motorway, follow signs to Bristol City Centre. Approaching central Bristol, take the A38 north (Cheltenham Road). Pass Montpelier Station, continue 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Cotham Lawn Road. No. 5 will be on your right—parking is limited, check local restrictions.

I have stayed here a few times now, which says a lot! This place is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Ideally located with top amenities such as parking, it serves as the perfect base for me when I am visiting Bristol. The hosts are always responsive and professional. Having stayed in many places around the city, this is one of my favourites!
Lovely accommodation in a lovely area, walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It had a small fridge, toaster and microwave which was really helpful, an iron and hair dryer too. Apartment is opposite a school but it was very quiet when we were there due to mid term. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again
Its a lovely spacious studio in a great location. I managed to lock us out on Sunday afternoon and the team were pretty responsive and attended quickly with the spare key to allow us back in. We will use the space again.
A lovely property in a quiet & relaxed neighbourhood. Having the parking outside is a plus, good for those who worry about their car in city.

The place is beautifully done, super spacious and with everything you need. Check in was super easy and I have to say the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Location was good and not too far from everything. Overall would stay here again.
